Destination Crenshaw: Traffic Control Plan for Sculpture Installation

Project Description:

Traffic Associates developed specialized Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) for a unique metal sculpture exhibit within Destination Crenshaw, a groundbreaking 1.3-mile open-air art and cultural experience celebrating Black Los Angeles along Crenshaw Boulevard. Our plans addressed the challenges of installing large-scale art near this major urban corridor, prioritizing the safety of installation crews, pedestrians, and motorists. We coordinated logistical requirements for equipment access while minimizing traffic disruption and ensuring continued safe passage, facilitating the successful integration of this cultural landmark into the community.
