Traffic Associates developed a comprehensive Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) for the construction of a new single-family dwelling in a challenging hillside area of South Pasadena. The plan addressed the specific constraints often found in hillside developments, such as narrow roadways, limited staging areas, and steep grades. Our focus was on ensuring safe and efficient access for construction vehicles, managing material deliveries, and minimizing impacts on local traffic and neighborhood residents, all while adhering to South Pasadena's stringent hillside development regulations and safety protocols.
