Murrieta Hotel Development - Initial Traffic Assessment & TIA Scoping

Traffic Associates facilitated the crucial initial stages of traffic review for a proposed 103-room hotel development in Murrieta. Our analysis began with establishing the project's potential traffic footprint using ITE 11th Edition data and comparing it to the existing site conditions. This informed the preparation of a CEQA/VMT screening determination letter, providing essential guidance to the client and jurisdiction on whether a full Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) was warranted. We further streamlined the process by developing the TIA Scoping Agreement and successfully managed revisions to achieve jurisdictional acceptance, establishing a clear and approved path forward for the project's traffic assessment.
