Lincoln Heights Hillside Residence: Construction Traffic Management Plan

Developed a comprehensive Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) for a residential project in the historic, dense neighborhood of Lincoln Heights. The plan navigated the specific challenges of narrow urban streets and limited staging space common in this area. We prioritized the safety of pedestrians and local traffic by defining clear delivery routes and work zones, ensuring full compliance with City of Los Angeles (LADOT) requirements while minimizing impacts on the surrounding community's parking and circulation.
