Traffic Associates successfully delivered traffic control plans for a multi-site retail development program for Dollar General in Kern County. This engagement involved creating site-specific Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) for three distinct locations: Boron, Taft, and the Antelope Valley. Our expertise ensured each plan effectively managed construction traffic, maintained access to adjacent properties where applicable, and prioritized the safety of workers and the traveling public according to MUTCD and Kern County standards. This project demonstrates our capability in handling coordinated, multi-location traffic control planning for retail clients.
